NEW HARTFORD — Site-Seeker, Inc., central New York’s leading digital marketing agency, has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Central New York by CNY Business Journal.

Site-Seeker is one of 18 local companies with less than 25 employees to win the award, placing 10th overall out of 40 companies.

In order to qualify for the honor, Site-Seeker employees were asked to take a survey that gauges workplace satisfaction. The positive responses led to the agency being honored. Awards were presented at a ceremony at Drumlins Country Club last week, according to the award announcement.

“Receiving this award for the second consecutive year is an enormous honor for us,” said Site-Seeker President Matt Ford. “Our entire team works hard to create a culture of inclusivity and a fun environment. We’re thrilled that those efforts are being recognized because we truly feel like we have an incredible team.”

Founded in 2003, Site-Seeker provides digital marketing services to local  clients as well as national companies. The company boasts 17 full-time employees who specialize in various areas, including SEO services, PPC advertising, content development, video production, photography services, social media management, and more.

The company is coming off a banner-year in 2017, having been honored as Business of the Year by the Greater Utica Chamber of Commerce and Veteran-Owned Family Business of the year by the New York Family Business Center, among several other industry-specific awards.

“Our team has never been stronger,” said Brian Bluff, CEO and co-founder of Site-Seeker. “Being honored like this two years in a row validates that we have the right team in place and that our processes, from hiring to training and retention, are working. 2019 is shaping up to be another strong year and we’re excited to shoot for a third year as one of central New York’s best places to work.”
